George Couros is an internationally recognized educator, speaker, and consultant dedicated to helping schools create cultures of innovation, learning, and leadership. He is the author of the best-selling books The Innovator's Mindset and Innovate Inside the Box, and is the co-owner of IMPress Books.
Throughout his career, George has served in a variety of educational roles across the K–12 spectrum, including teacher, technology facilitator, school administrator, and district administrator. uthor, designer, storyteller, filmmaker, inventor, entrepreneur, Bob Rogers is a legendary creator and thought leader in the field of themed experiences. He is the Founder and Chairman of BRC Imagination Arts, a design and production company known for reliably delivering magic with heart in award-winning attractions for some of the world’s greatest brands, attractions, and museums, with emotional engagement as the key to all.
Personally, Bob has received the two highest honors in the themed entertainment industry: the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Themed Entertainment Association and was inducted into the IAAPA Hall of Fame. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Motion Picture Academy (the Oscars) and a former member of the board of directors of IAAPA.
In film and television, Bob has been nominated for two Academy Awards and one Emmy Award.
Bob is also an inventor, holding two patents for Holavision™ technology. He has served on NASA committees involved in planning future Mars missions and was subsequently honored with the NASA Public Service Medal in recognition of his contributions.
His first job in this industry was as a magician in the Magic Shop in Disneyland, where he first learned that emotional engagement was the key to unlocking a passion to explore.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, William Raff was working as a Senior Vice President for Fuji Bank on the 82nd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City. What began as a normal workday quickly became one of the most tragic days in history.
After the attacks began, William faced unimaginable challenges as he fought to escape the building and survive. His firsthand account provides a powerful look at the courage, resilience, and determination shown by thousands of people that day. He also shares how the events of September 11 changed his life and the lives of millions around the world.

Roberto is a licensed Architect with over 28 years of professional experience. Throughout his progressive career he has directed design and delivery efforts for major entertainment, mixed-use, residential and health care projects in the United States, Asia and the Middle East. He works hard every day to ensure that the client relationship, the concept, the design and the technical requirements of his projects are engaged and treated as inseparable endeavors. He has led multiple teams in the design and documentation efforts for entertainment and mixed-use projects. Most notably; prior to joining Gensler he led design efforts for several healthcare projects and was Project Architect for Peter Pan’s Flight in Shanghai Disneyland as staff extension with Walt Disney Imagineering.
In the Gensler Los Angeles office, Roberto led design and documentation efforts for several projects including, Motiongate Theme Park in Dubai, Doha Oasis Theme Park in Qatar, Great Wolf Resorts, Inspire Korea in Seoul, Eko Atlantic in Lagos Nigeria and SoleMia in Miami. Many of these projects spanned various Gensler offices and Roberto was engaged to lead teams across multiple offices including Costa Rica, Las Vegas, Atlanta and Bangalore. Now in the Miami Office, Roberto continues to manage a multi-million-dollar international account. He is the client relationship leader as well as leads space planning, design and documentation efforts of multiple projects world-wide.
Roberto takes pride in preparing the next generation of design professionals. As part of his mentorship efforts and an extension of his teaching experience at Ohio State; Roberto is co-lead of the Architecture Mentorship Program at DaVinci High school, where for 5 years he has led a team of mentors in the design on the curriculum and lesson plans for projects in storytelling, story board creation, sketches, product and architectural design, collages and models.
Roberto lives in Miami where he enjoys shopping at farmers markets, cooking Paellas and the occasional pig roast!
