Final Rolling Enrollment for 2025-2026
📢 Attention: Virtual Stakeholders!
The final Rolling enrollment window for the 2025–2026 school year begins today! This is a two-week opportunity to submit all remaining enrollments.
⏳ Important: April Rolling includes an August end date. If summer timing is not sufficient for your students, this is the best opportunity to enroll them and allow ample time for course completion before the next school year.
🚨 Reminder: Pending Requests Deadline
All course requests currently pending in Maestro must be approved or deleted by 3:00 PM on Friday, 04/10/2026.
After this deadline:
❌ No additional course requests will be accepted
❌ Courses will no longer be visible in Maestro
We will then begin closing out Maestro in preparation for Summer launch in AVE-SIS.
