Please join us for one of more of the informational zoom sessions described below to learn more about our programs and how they can help advance your career. DC courses are offered fully online in eight (8) week terms for the convenience of working adults. 

 

Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with Endorsements in ESOL & Reading (BSED)

Are you passionate about education, but have never finished your degree? Our state-approved Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree with endorsements in ESOL and Reading is perfect for Teacher Assistants, Paraprofessionals, and other personnel who do not have a Bachelor's degree. Applicants without an AA degree can begin there and continue to the BSED. Employer sponsorships may be available.

Are you a certified educator seeking to expand your skillset through an endorsement in ESOL, Reading, or Gifted? Our Endorsement course sequences are 15 credits each and provided free of charge for educators at participating DLI schools.

 

Educator Preparation Institute (EPI)

Do you have a Statement of Eligibility (SOE) or Temporary Certification and need to complete certification requirements? Our EPI may be for you! This program is designed for non-education majors and career changers seeking to earn a professional certificate. Candidates must hold, at minimum, a Statement of Eligibility to begin. Coursework is available free of charge for educators at participating DLI schools. Employer Sponsorship may also be an option.
