DC is accepting applications for its State-Approved Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education & Master of Education in Educational Leadership degree programs! Begin classes this Fall!

For Aspiring Teachers:

Our state-approved Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree with endorsements in Reading and ESOL provides a direct pathway to the classroom. 

  • Qualified applicants for this program will have an Associate in Arts (AA) or 60 lower division credits to include 36 core and 24 elective credits. Pre-requisites required. 

  • Begin with your AA  degree, or transfer in credit if you don’t yet meet the requirements. 

  • Apply here. Applications are accepted year-round.

 

For Aspiring School Leaders:

We have also re-opened the application for the Fall cohort of our state-approved, Level 1 Master of Education in Educational Leadership program due to popular demand. 

  • Qualified applicants for this program will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience with effective or highly effective ratings. 

  • Modified Curriculum (24 credits) is available for those who already hold a Master’s degree in an education field.

  • Final application deadline for Fall cohort is July 10th, 2024Only applicants who have provided all required documents, including the Teacher Evaluation Certification Form, will be recommended for an interview.  Apply here.
