How to Authenticate New Class Meetings

Hosting a class session is crucial for teachers during remote learning. One of the most important features for meetings is ensuring that the room requires authentication to join. This ensures that the correct members are able to join it without worry of a third party. Let's take a look at how to set this up for the meeting host.

1. First we'll want to head to our Zoom dashboard and take a look at the left side of the page. You'll notice that there are several options with one of them being named “Meetings.” Click on the option that says “Meetings.”

With all of that in mind, your meeting is now set up and ready for others to join! Proper safety matters when it comes to establishing class meetings and this method allows for intuitive access for both teachers and students to participate.
