To truly communicate well, we need a combination of both honesty and transparency. Both of these allow us to more sincerely say how we feel about things while also being diplomatic. Healthy relationships require us to be authentic with how we feel while also considering how the other side feels as well.

Gratitude is another core element to keep in mind when it comes to adopting a better mentality. Throughout our busy days, it can be easy to forget about all the good things we have going for us. Our friends for example are there for us when we need them. They provide us with a sense of community since we spend a lot of our time with them. Our family provides us with love and shelter along with being our foundation.
