While organization can be incredibly good, it's also just as important to be spontaneous in our lives. There are many benefits to this approach and being able to adapt to this sort of mindset can be helpful. Today we want to talk about why spontaneity is such a great quality and how we can strive towards this.

It Keeps You Flexible

By far one of the best aspects of spontaneity is that it keeps you flexible. This is good for a multitude of reasons. Flexibility shows us that there is value in not always planning out the things we do. A great example of this is when we consider our leisure time. There are instances where we need to plan things out such as group activities. This is necessary since we need to be mindful of other people’s schedules since many of us have busy lives. Planning things out can also be good on very busy days when we have a lot of other responsibilities as well. It's good to consider how we feel when we do things that are more spur of the moment. Flexibility keeps us open to the many things that are out there such as a sudden invite to spend time with friends or simply going for a healthy walk because you're in the mood for it.

New Experiences Abound

Spontaneity also gives us the great opportunity to take part in new experiences. Being able to say yes to new things goes hand in hand with spontaneity since it can increase the quality of our lives. A good example of this can be taking part in a school club. These can give you the chance to learn about a new topic that interests you along with being around people with a mutual interest. Spontaneity allows us to step outside of our comfort zone to see what else is out there. Most of the time it's worth doing since it can give us a better cohesive idea of the things available. Having an open mind is one of the best things for us since it gives us the courage to try new things. Life is best appreciated when we appreciate things as they arise and spontaneity can help with that.

A Healthier Way of Life

Simply put, spontaneity allows for a much healthier way of life when applied properly. There's a time to plan and organize and there are times when we need to let go and simply go with the flow of life. Using spontaneity in a manner that allows us to still work on our responsibilities while also allowing for enough flexibility to do what makes us happy is a wonderful thing. Having a good balance can give us a healthier way of life while empowering us to do things in a manner that makes us happy. Learning how to be more open to new experiences and saying yes can take time but it's something that is ultimately worth the effort since it can make a tangible difference.
