Doing what you're good at is a tangible way to feel better about yourself. One of the last major ways to build up confidence is to embrace change. Change is something that is always in motion and working alongside it can help in many ways. This can include different viewpoints, cultural perspectives, along with experiencing different forms of art. Change can empower us to do different things along with learning more about who we are as an individual. This type of self-discovery is essential for growth as it can enlighten us to all the unique aspects that make up our world. Confidence can give us the courage to put our best foot forward and help us make the change needed in our lives to actively improve things not just for ourselves, but for others.
